Adding a refreshing exfoliation treatment using Dr Scholl's Pumice Foot Scrub containing pumice and mint to remove dry skin. Then liberally massage Dr Scholl foot softening balm gently into your feet especially the heels.

Before you start applying the nail varnish, make sure you thoroughly remove any cream from the nails first by wiping clear with a nail varnish remover. If you don't do this, you may find that nail varnishes won't adhere properly. Then place a rolled up tissue in between your toes to separate them, before starting on the varnish.

Paint on a coat of Clarins Glossy Nail colour 01 as your first nail varnish. Then apply a fine line of Clarins French White to the tips and allow to dry for five minutes before painting on a top coat. Immediately before it dries pop on the little pink diamond just off centre using thin tweezers and a wooden cocktail stick to place them. Finish off the petals with five tiny little clear diamonds circling the centre one. Leave to semi dry a further 15 mins and apply a second coat of Mega Shine top coat by Sally Hansen which contains an exclusive Micro-Diamond & Platinum Formula!.
